David DuBose makes original prints and mixed media works on paper. His work has been included in over 150 exhibitions in 17 countries, and he has had artist residencies in Germany, Canada, Ireland and the United States. He earned a BFA degree from Texas Tech University and an MFA degree from Louisiana State University. He lived in Northern Ireland for thirteen years, where he taught printmaking at the University of Ulster in Belfast and later served as the Director of Seacourt Print Workshop, an artist-run printmaking collective, before returning to the United States in 2005. He is currently Professor of Drawing and Foundations at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, and continues to exhibit widely. His works belong to numerous public and private collections, including the AIB Collection of Modern Irish Art in Dublin and The Artist Printmaker/Photographer Research Collection (AP/RC) at the Museum of Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.
